The way to train for a joggling ultra marathon is to run and juggle…a lot.

Here’s a bit of research published in the August issue of Mayo Clinic Women’s HealthSource about how much water you should drink.
According to them, women who have a normal level of activity (non-jugglers) only need to drink 2.2 liters. Men probably have to drink a little more.

My sister told me about Abraham Munoz who is attempting to break the world record for juggling a soccer ball while running the Chicago Marathon. The current world record is 7:18:55 and was set by Dr. Jan Skorkovsky in the Prague City Marathon. Who knew?
