Push Up and Marathon Joggling Progress

Here is just a quick update on a couple of projects I’ve been conducting.
6 week 100 push up challenge
Today, I started week 3 of the 6 week push up challenge.
It required push up sets of 25, 17, 17, 15 and a maximum attempt (32).
It was a bit difficult and I only maxed out at 32 [...]
