Running Shrimp on a Treadmill

Did you know that shrimp can run?  I didn’t until I saw this video of a shrimp on a treadmill.

With all those extra legs, I’m sure it wouldn’t be too difficult to see a shrimp joggle.

Juggling Advice From a Writer

Here is an interesting post about the benefits of juggling. It gives three rules of juggling which apply equally as well for joggling and running.

Juggling in a Square

A little dated but pretty cool.  Greg Kennedy is one of the real innovators in the juggling world.

I’m not sure if he does any joggling though.

You can listen to the episode by going to the Runner’s Lounge website and clicking on the mp3 file.
There were 5 seasoned marathon runners (only one juggling runner) who all weighed in on different questions like
1. What’s the one thing that no one [...]
