Over the past decade, researchers have been studying the relationship between the brain and exercise. While there is consistently a positive connection (more exercise = healthier brain), scientists have recently shown that exercise, like daily running, actually builds your brain. And if you add to the mix that juggling also builds your brain, well, joggling can potentially give your brain a double boost.
