I saw this post about the 100 things everyone should be able to do and thought I could probably come up with things that every joggler should be able to do. And since I love the number 44, that seemed a good enough list to put together. Feel free to add more in the comments if you think of anything that was missed.

Those are good, I like them, the variety was fun. “Smile while running, get water during a race, recover from a drop ,and avoid other runners during a race” are my favorite.
I would add:
Look through the balls, not directly at them.
Relax.
Respond with a funny one-liner to other runners and crowd members.
Look left and right, 180 degrees around without stopping the pattern.
Listen acutely and be aware of “stuff” behind you.
