@George - Great job on doing a sub-20 and just under the wire. I'm going to make it a goal of mine to break the 20 mark in a 5K too this year. Haven't done that since 2004. Let me know how the 5K joggling experience goes for you.

@Peter - Impressive mileage! I still am amazed you can do 4-ball joggling. The timing just doesn't work right for me. I'll have to practice a bit more.

@Joe - Looking forward to hearing your joggling adventures & accomplishments in 2010.

I had two main running goals for 2009. One was to run a good half-marathon and the other was to get back under 20 minutes for a 5K. I ended up missing my target half-marathon on Thanksgiving due to an upper respiratory infection that put me out of action for over 2 weeks. However I pulled off my second goal with 10 hours to spare by running a 19:45 5K at the Gator Bowl 5K in the afternoon on 12/31.

The recent threads on joggling have me setting a goal of running at least 1 local 5K while joggling this year. I might have to do more depending on how that goes.
