A Self Indulgent Joggler Turns 14,000

Sorry for the egocentric post but I just thought I’d tell everyone that today I is my 14,000 day.

Thanks to my good friend from high school, Carla, who reminded me. I think I’ll celebrate with a 10 mile joggle along the lakefront.
