Alsop Completes 131 Marathons in 131 Days

Previously on JYAJ, we featured a story about Brad Alsop who was running 131 marathons in 131 days. Well, I was curious to see how he did and went back to his websitelots of marathons in a row to see.

He made it! 131 marathons in 131 days. He ran every day from July 4th to November 11 (Veteran’s Day). Amazingly, he finished most of them under 4 hours. His fastest time was 3:14 and slowest was 6:07. Wow!

You can read a story about it from WAVE in Louisville. The reason he ran was to raise money for the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund and he received over $18,000.

You can still donate if you are interested by clicking here.
