Another story of joggling in the press

Check out what the Martlet has to say about jogglers and joggling.  Yours truly was quoted.  It’s nice to see more people embracing the sport of joggling.

  1. Re. your questions, Strides are basically 100m intervals where you accelerate slower over 40 m or so to close to your maximum speed for 20m and then gradually slow down. They’re supposed to assist with running form and economy.
