I discovered this video via Obesity Panacea (joggler Travis Saunder‘s blog) and thought it was a pretty good description of why you should try to spend only 23 1/2 hours a day sleeping or sitting.
I very much like the way this video was done. I would love to be able to draw and make videos like this.
As far as the video content goes, it’s a great message and explains why even a little bit of exercise will be great for your health.
