While joggling is fun and will lead to obvious health benefits, did you know
that it may actually help to make you smarter? Scientific research is finding that exercise can enhance your ability to solve problems, improve your brainstorming skills and help you think faster.
We’ve already written about how juggling can make your brain bigger. And a bigger brain is generally a better brain. Now here is some research reported on by Canadian Running magazine that says cardiovascular fitness is correlated in a positive way with intelligence.
In this research, scientists looked at medical records and were able to demonstrate that people with better cardiovascular fitness had higher intelligence scores.
They also found that if you were physically fit at age 18, you were more likely to be successful later in life.
