The official Tampa Bay marathon certificate

You know your marathon time is official when you get the certificate. The organizers of the Bank of America Tampa Bay marathon were nice enough to send a digital scan of the certificate. I like that. Too bad it doesn’t say joggling anywhere on there.

Click to make it bigger. Someday I’m [...]

Some photos from the Tampa Bay marathon

In case you were curious, you can see some photos of a joggler in action during the Tampa Bay Marathon.
I rarely buy these things since I don’t really need pictures of myself. But it’s fun to see what you look like on the course.

Marathon Review - Tampa Bay Marathon

The Tampa Bay Marathon was the 22nd one that I’ve completed. Overall, it was an enjoyable race and a great choice if you’re looking for a February marathon. How to stop a running and juggling streak

In the last couple of days, life has conspired to thwart the joggling streak.
First, the weather in Chicago has been brutal for running. This morning it was -2F (-19C). Throw in that made-up wind chill factor and it was -8F (-22C). Brrrr. And the days before have been just as bad.
Second, [...]

Low stress training program for the Tampa Bay Marathon

The Tampa Bay marathon is on February 18th, and I’m all signed up to joggle it. This will be my 22nd marathon, half-way to the 44 marathon goal.
Do you need a marathon training program?
This marathon is different because I haven’t followed a training program. My marathon preparation is as follows.

Joggle as many days [...]
