What is Pulse Yoga?

Here is a little summary that the marketing people over at Pulse Yoga put together. It explains a bit more what it is.

Don’t have time to go to the gym? Has the same fitness routine left you in a rut? Pulse Yoga offers you the intensity of Pilates, Weight Training, and Yoga combined in one structured class that can be done at your own convenience!

Argie L. Tang, founder of the Pulse Yoga DVD, designed Pulse Yoga to build strength, stamina and power, while improving balance and flexibility. According to Argie, it is possible to combine completely different exercise philosophies to get the most out of your workout.

This workout has been proven to provide positive results in the form of decreased body weight, hip/waist circumference, and cholesterol. Pulse Yoga has also been found to be as effective as functional training when it comes to total body fat loss, and aerobic fitness levels.

Pulse Yoga would be happy to sponsor a reader giveaway of Pulse Yoga Basic DVD, a $14.99 value! This yoga routine introduces the Pulse concept of micro movements within a posture. Key areas such as abdominal, lower back and gluteous muscles are targeted by the alternation of right/left pulse movements with free weights define and sculpt the upper body.

Leave your comment now! Winners will be chosen randomly from the comments below on January 1st, 2010.

I enjoy the freedom of joggling, the social aspect of joggling, and the harmony of synchronized movement joggling offers.

So if you juggle while doing yoga is that yoggling? I love joggling! Just wish I could juggle to try joggling!

This would be interesting to see if this is like the wiggle/yoggling stuff that has been talked about on the Ellen show. Or, how closely it is (or isn’t) to the concept of Iron Yoga.

Like to try it! And I’d give it a review too!
