How to Dress for Running in Extreme Cold

The latest joggling streak has hit 34 days in a row and I’m feeling good. The last couple of days have presented a challenge both in dressing and joggling. There is 3 or 4 inches of snow on the ground, but worse, the temperatures have been below 0F! That doesn’t even include the wind chill.

You might wonder how to dress for outdoor joggling in these conditions. Well, here is a short video that shows you exactly how I prepare.

Note the obvious pain displayed when I get back.

Yeah, I’ve run in some terrible conditions… Not many people go outside anymore, even when it’s nice out. So, joggling in neighborhoods with no one outside makes me feel sad. That’s a terrible tragedy.
