Hi there, I'm a journalist working in Leeds and would love to film a feature about Ralph - if you could get in contact with me by email that would be great.

Thanks,
Emma

Ok then, I did three miles. I usually go about 4 or 5 mph, went slower this time but still did the exercise stations I normally do along the way. The timing did take some getting used to. I dropped many times but mostly because the cascade gets a little boring so I started throwing them high and jogging under them or what ever came to mind. All in all it was fun, felt a little weird about it after I got out of my neighborhood where they all know I juggle but not so much after a few minutes. I will keep at it....thanks....Mike

Michael, great to hear you're thinking of picking up woggling. Please let us know how it goes. It can be a little trickier than joggling because your throws and catches do not coincide with your strides.

This was a great story. Inspiring really, I cant run to much because of my knees but I do walk briskly 15 or 20 miles a week. I think I will start should I say woggling it and see how that works out...thanks again....Mike
