Joggler Journal – Running Streak Day 323

Day 323 of a quest to joggle at least one mile for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Yeah, another palindromic joggling day! I was feeling a bit better but totally over-dressed for the weather. I wore a long sleeve running shirt and some woosh-woosh jogging pants. Way too hot for the pants and a short sleeve shirt would’ve been better. On the plus side, the extra clothing ensured that I lost a few pounds. I’m down to 190 which means I dropped my July/August weight. This is not close to my target weight of <180 but I’m feeling good anyway.

Remember, to be a fast joggler you need to do two things.

1. Run fast
2. Lose weight

Weather: Cool and overcast. 61 Fjuggling chicago marathon

Distance: 4.7 mi – Sheffield Loop

Time: 5:07 pm

Run time: 38:13

Listening to: Dr Dean Edell Show

Weight: 190 lbs

Drops: 0

Condition: Still sick but feeling a bit better.

Shoes: Mizunos – 500+ miles
