Summary: I don’t usually get bothered by running after eating but today, I just felt extremely slow and sluggish. The Philly Cheese Steak sat in the pit of my stomach like a rock. My energy level was next to nothing. In truth, most of my recent runs have been fairly sluggish. I need to get back into doing some longer, endurance runs. That’s one of the problems you may face when running. If you aren’t training for any race in particular, it’s difficult to keep up your speed. I’m going to be doing the Shamrock Shuffle 8K but that isn’t for another month. By the end of this month, I’m going to start serious training again. Until then, I’m just going to keep joggling it easy.

Yeah, it’s getting a bit more tolerable. 30-35F for all my runs now.
I like the post I learn a lot about running. I need running activities to makes me a bit sexy and lose weight.
