Jogglers Journal – Running Streak Day 371

Day 371 of a quest to joggle at least one mile for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Ouch! One of the most painful joggling workouts of the streak. It hurt even more than the one done after the two previous marathons. But the joggling streak must go on!

Weather: 46F and hazy

Distance: 1.56 miles – Bucktown Recovery run

Time: 6:45 pm

Run time: 14:20

Listening to: Nothing – headphones are still not working

Weight: 196 lbs – Fatty

Drops: 1 – Distracted by the El. Painful to pick up.

Condition: Felt sore. Muscles, joints, and chaffing points.

Shoes: Asics – 240 miles

Way to push through the pain. Blame the weight on the Philly Cheese Steak… hehe.

I had the one at the Pub, one at Pat’s, and a very good one at the airport which I ate on the plane while taking off! :)
