Summary: I looked at the temperature today and dreaded what I saw…11F. Why is it still so cold? Sigh. But I put on my 3 layers, two sets of gloves, and my cold weather head gear and joggled my 3 miles. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, I rather enjoyed it. Hope you got to get outside today!
