This is just a quick note to tell everyone that the races were great and it was a ton of fun!! Being able to joggle against other jogglers was a real hoot.

Take a look at this joggling video on the Kentucky newspaper site. They even have an interview with the Average Joggler. Unfortunately, they also show my drop in the 100 meter dash.

I participated in all but the 5-ball 100 meter dash (now I wish I did).

In the 7 races I did, I had three golds, three silvers and one bronze.

I’ll have a more thorough write-up tomorrow.  Off to the show now.
