Joggling in the media

I just received the latest issue of Runner’s World and was pleased to see that joggling got a mention. On page 12 they mention that Zach Warren set the new world record for joggling a marathon (2:58:23). The two most impressive things about the effort 1) He ran the second half of the race faster than the first half, 2) He had a half dozen drops and still had a great time. Congratulations Zach!

Incidentally, Runner’s World is one of the best magazines for anyone who wants to learn to run faster and farther. It is a great resource and if you are serious about being a competitive joggler I highly encourage you to get a subscription or frequently check out their website. It’s the best running resource that I know of.
