This is a great lead in to this weekend’s marathon.  Thanks so much to Susan Muskovitz for her story and the good folks at Time Out Chicago magazine for running it.

My joggling has been real light this week. I doubt that I’ll even do 20 miles. I’m hoping that will be just the right amount of rest to get me a good time on Sunday. Hopefully, the weather will be nice. It has been for the Chicago marathon the last 10 years in a row.

Today, I did a 3 mile joggle in 22 minutes. I’m so ready for this weekend’s run…I hope.
