Joggling interview on the Final Sprint

Hey everyone, head on over to The Final Sprint and download their latest podcast interview. The subject is endurance joggling and they talked with yours truly. You don’t actually need an iPod to listen. You can just download the mp3 file and play it through your computer speakers. (That’s for my mom).

The interview was fun and Adam over at the Final Sprint is doing a great job.
