Joggling Journal – Running Streak Day 330

by Average Joggler on 10/14/2009

Day 330 of a quest to joggle at least one mile for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Another day of on-the-road joggling. This time we were staying in downtown Baltimore. I ran down to the pier and along the boardwalk. It’s a great area and perfect for joggling. The walkway was wide, there were people that appreciated the joggling, and a nice view of the water. I joggled up a hill to get a little extra workout. On this trip, my joggling workouts haven’t been too intense. I’ve put in twenty something miles but they’ve been easy. I need to step it up if I’m going to set a PR at the Philly marathon.
