Joggling Journal – Streak Day 54

by Average Joggler on 01/10/2009

On a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Today was a challenge. Snow was falling, wind was blowing and the sidewalks were mostly non-shoveled. I would’ve been better off joggling in snow shoes instead of my trustly ol’ Nikes. I felt good and enjoyed a few more chapters in Moby Dick. The hardest part about reading a book while running is that I don’t get to do much thinking. When I listen to podcasts, I come up with all kinds of great ideas. Listening to a book requires more focus.
