Joggling Journal – Streak Day 59

On a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Certainly the coldest joggling day of the year. It could be the coldest joggling day ever. At -5 F, every bit of exposed flesh stings. My wife implored me to only go a mile, but I was warm. I went almost 2 instead. Legs felt good.

When running in extreme cold, be prepared to have a hard time running fast

Weather: -5 F. Sunny & extremely cold!!

Distance: 2.07 mi Wood Wabansia loop

Time: 1:36 pm

Run time: 18:20

Listening to: Moby Dick – Chapter 127 – 129

Weight: 194 lbs

Drops: 1 – Bounced off my glove funny

Condition: Felt good.

Shoes: Old Nike shoes
