Summary: I felt sore the entire time joggling today. Don’t know what has happened to me but I don’t feel nearly as good as I have at the beginning. Maybe the streak is wearing on me or maybe it has something to do with the fact that I’m not eating as much “real food” as I was. Or maybe it was the 3 hours of rowing I did last weekend. Lots of theories.
The problem with theories however, is that life is complicated and it is nearly impossible to isolate a single cause for something like feeling tired & sore. Still, I felt faster earlier in the summer. So I’ll start eating more “real food” and hopefully that will help.
