nice joggle! yeah, i like seeing other runners and people on runs. sometimes i just joggle and don't even act like i'm doing anything special, just as if i were running. and, other times i'll give smiles, nods, and tricks to entertain people or communicate with them. i don't like to be a stone cold runner who is totally oblivious to his environment when running, and also with joggling. i like to be friendly and interact a little. and, at other times i just want to do my thing and not try to act like i am doing anything out of the ordinary while joggling. just do it. like nike said... I think a mixture of both is healthy. It's a 25/75 mixture for me, 25% of me joggles for the attention/quarkiness/eccentric/rare freedom of joggling; and the other 75% of me joggles because it's just a fun and physically/mentally liberating thing to do. If you're all alone out in the open woods joggling, would you still do tricks??? Even if nobody ever saw you do them? I would say yes. But, maybe just a little less frequently. Joggling is fun, even when there's not an "audience." Yet, it's usually a lot more fun when there is.
