I joggled a 3hr 30 min long run yesterday in the KSO VFF’s. Glad to have that one done. Glad the 3 week taper is here…
Glad to hear you pushed through “one of those days”. We all have them. I know I’m glad I started a streak to force me out on those days when you really just don’t feel like it.
@Chris – made up for it today! Did 3 miles in 20:37. My second fastest 3 mile workout of the year. Would’ve been my fastest if I didn’t have that drop in the first 3 minutes.
