Juggling and Running Journal – Streak Day 185

by Average Joggler on May 22, 2009

Day 185 of a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Joggling after a long drive is challenging. Your legs are stiff and your mind is exhausted. It is the type of mood that can ruin a streak. This is why the best time to do your workout is in the morning. You don’t have time to get into a de-motivated mood.

The workout was fun although slow and a bit hot. I tried a new trick where I would throw one bean bag up really high, then throw another one up less high and try to catch both of them back into the pattern. I wasn’t able to catch it but I will. It will make an excellent challenge in Joggling Banzuke.
