As an urban joggler, you always have to be concerned about cars, trucks, pedestrians and sometimes dogs. In 
some parts of the US you have to be careful of deer too.
But if you were joggling in Australia, you can add marsupials to your list of worries. According to this report a runner in his 50′s was attacked by a male kangaroo. He managed to escape to a nearby house and was taken to the hospital to be treated for multiple scratches.
No word on how the kangaroo made out.
Be careful out there Australian jogglers.
