Make your legs stronger without running

muscle legsOk, so joggling everyday gets a bit tiring for you. You need a little variety or perhaps you’ve just hit a plateau. Maybe you’re an excellent juggler, but can’t run at all.

Well, this article about leg workouts will give you some great exercises you can do at home to improve your leg strength. They don’t look too hard but we’ll see. I’m going to start incorporating them into my routine.

  1. Running every day while on a Caribbean cruise is sure to provide the excitement you need to keep going. I mean what better scenery can you have while you trot along while you juggle. Hope you have a great trip!

  2. Holy cow, those muscles are huge on that guy. I tried to do those workout and I can barely do 2 of them. My legs are really weak.

  3. Mine are pretty weak too!
