More on juggling up a mountain

Inspired by yesterday’s post about improving by watching other people joggle and another recent post about running and juggling up a mountain, I thought I’d post an example video.  This one was taken March of 2007 in Arizona.

A nice man was walking down the mountain and offered to take this video.  It reaffirmed my belief that people are generally good despite a few hostile runners on the Coolrunning.com forums.

In honor if April 4, yesterday I joggled exactly 4.4 miles.  That was fun.

Joggle on.

  1. That is by far the best mountain joggling video I’ve ever seen!

  2. That’s insane! LOL. I can’t even chew gum and run at the same time…

  3. Cool! Thanks for posting that video. I was wondering what joggling looked like in action.
