Running and Juggling Streak Day 190

by Average Joggler on May 27, 2009

Day 190 of a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: A pleasant joggling day today. Not too hard, but not too easy either. Clipping along at ~7:30 min miles seemed relatively easy. If I could just do that in the marathon, I’ll easily qualify for Boston. I’m feeling confident but still a bit unsure. My performance in the recent 10 milers (1:11:21) made me feel good about my chances. If I plug that number into the McMillian Calculator I come up with a target marathon time of 3:19:50. That would be a qualifier and a PR! Gotta keep my fingers crossed.
