Summary: Felt sluggish again today. I’m not really sure why but perhaps I’m just not in the right frame of mind when it comes to running and juggling. I’ve found February to be a challenging month. It seems my plans and goals start to get off track a bit. For example, in January I did situps and pushups almost every day. In February, not as much. I’ve read less books and put on less miles. Where is the ‘reset’ button?
Having said that, I’m still keeping the streak alive. Day 466 of joggling in the books!

Juggle 3 of these while running and call me in the morning. That’s what your joggling doctor recommends. Joggle through it
The 10 day forecast is looking very promising. Above freezing high temps for as far as the eye can see. My mood perks up a lot when the snow melts and more reasonable temps come back.
I suppose we all have days like that. Months like that too. February is so monotonous…I just want winter to go away and the sun to start shining again. There’s just so much ice and snow I can stand…and I’m way south of you, so I can imagine how depressing it must be in the snowy lands of Illinois.
