Joe Salter tipped me off to this joggling video featuring perhaps the best juggler in the world, Anthony Gatto.
What I like about this video is that it gives you a good sense of what it is like at a joggling championship. You see it’s just like a real track meet, only all the runners are juggling.

I think you mean “traditional track meet” rather than “real track meet”. The joggling championship IS a real track meet.
I like that it shows Anthony G. and Barry Goldmeier.
