Perry –

An “Albert” is occasionally also refered to as a CROTCH THROW, or even more occasionally a “Body Throw”. Generally done with Clubs, it is a “Under the leg from Front to back without taking either foot off the ground. While this trick was done by Bobby May Many Many years ago, somehow it got named after Albert Lucas (Of course also once a premier Joggler. THe Reverse throw (Ie from the back to the fronth without taking either foot off the ground is of course a “Trebla”

Yeah, it would be nice to find something similar for the rest of us who don’t have all the latest gadgets. There is a website I like to visit that’s full of juggling tricks with animations demonstrating them. I’m thinking of using it as a guideline for my goals…maybe try a different pattern for each block I travel. I’ll have to do my tracking manually though, maybe on a writing program or even (gasp!) with a pen and paper. (Oh, the humanity
