I'm planning to incorporate some joggling into a section of my regular walk/ jog routines and run two 5k's this year, striving for a better time on each one. The second one I may joggle, depending on how well my arms hold up to the exercise.
Naturally I need to keep my workouts going pretty steady to stay in shape and improve. I also hope to lose some weight--It'll benefit my knees and make moving a little faster that much easier.

Sounds like a busy year for joggling achievements!

I plan to joggle the Pensacola Marathon in November, and possibly the Chicago Marathon in October. My main goal is to stay fit and joggle at least 3-4 times a week.
