You Can Learn to Juggle at any Age

This story about a study published in the Journal of Neuroscience demonstrates that people can still learn to juggle after age 50 and beyond. According to German researchers, a group of older people (ages 50-67) were studied to see how their brains would change after learning to juggle. These were people who never juggled before.

They showed that older people who learned to juggle had the same changes in their brains as younger people who learned how to juggle. Proving you can “teach an old dog new tricks”.

So, if you’ve been thinking that you are tool old to learn to joggle, you’re not. Just get three balls, review one of the 25 free resources for learning to juggle and get to it. Your brain and body will thank you.
