Joggling Journal Streak Day 90

On a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Today, I was joggling in a different part of Florida called Jupiter. It’s a nice area complete with palm trees, quick floridamoving lizards and sunny, warm weather. I only went for a short run but will definitely get some longer runs in while I’m here. One challenging part about running while traveling is figuring out what path you should take. A useful strategy is to do an out and back run. You get on a street (sidewalk) and joggling in one direction. After a certain amount of time, turn around and come back home. This will help keep you from getting lost.
