NASA Supports Joggling?

Brian of Upforgrabs fame took a trip to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum Annex at Dulles Airport in Virginia and ran across this picture.

Could it be that people are going to start joggling on the moon?  Or maybe, they were just talking about some piece of a rocket.  No matter.  Anything that gets joggling in the news is good in my book.
