Merry Christmas!

Weather: Icy. Cold 8F. Sunny.

Listening to: Skeptics Guide to the Universe

Condition: Felt good but a bit sluggish.

Summary: The streets of the city were quiet.  People must be out of town because there weren’t many cars on the road.  This joggling run featured a lot of slipping on ice.  I had to concentrate on my footing so couldn’t go too fast.  Only saw one other runner out.  I passed her and smiled.  She didn’t respond.  Some runners are not fans of jogglers.  Stopped to get ice for getting my car out of the parking space it was stuck in.

On a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.
