Shamrock Shuffle Joggling Today
No time for a formal blog post today, but I wanted to report that I will be joggling the Shamrock Shuffle 8K today. One of the countries biggest 8K races. It should be fun. Right now however, I regretting the 14+ mile run that I did yesterday. I’m incredibly sore.

Thanks Brian. i felt pretty good about it. Working on a race recap right now. Funny though, I came in exactly 1 second behind my brother. My time 34:37, his 34:36.
