117th day of a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.
Summary: This was a useful bit of joggling. Yesterday, we left our car parked about 4 miles away from our house and I had to run to pick it up. I felt a bit tired as I was at a bar the night before and had a few beers. I continued to re-listen to This I Believe. It really is an interesting book.
