Joggling Journal – Streak Day 65

On a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: I wanted to joggle a little further today but was short on time and motivation. It happens to me on occasion. Did my standard 3 mile loop. Also started the 6 weeks to 100 pushup program again and the 6 weeks to 200 sit-ups program. Building the core is good right?

Weather: 16 F but felt warmer than that

Condition: Felt good but a little sore from situps
