Juggling Advice From a Writer
Here is an interesting post about the benefits of juggling. It gives three rules of juggling which apply equally as well for joggling and running.
1. Don’t stop ’til you drop. Great advice, especially for the later miles of the race when you’ll want to start walking. Don’t do it!
2. Never apologize for dropping. It’s all part of being a joggler. If you’re not dropping, you’re not pushing yourself hard enough.
3. Don’t strive for perfection before moving on. In joggling, this means you don’t have to run your best 5K before moving up to a 10K or even marathon. Remember, if you can finish a longer race, the shorter ones will feel much easier.
Now, get out there and do your part to help the US economy grow. This would be a great time to purchase your first set of Gballz.
