As a joggler, you’ll often be asked the question, “Why do you do it?”

There is no single answer that can explain why anyone would juggle while they run.  This series of posts tries to give all the different reasons.  The posts are in no particular order of importance.  They reflect the feelings of the day they were written.  Feel free to add your own reasons in the comments section.
