According to German researchers, a group of older people (ages 50-67) were studied to see how their brains would change after learning to juggle. These were people who never juggled before.
They showed that older people who learned to juggle had the same changes in their brains as younger people who learned how to juggle. Proving you can “teach an old dog new tricks”.
